Zhengzhou China Restaurants
If you read my first weekend in China and read about the 16 foods I ate in Osaka and Kyoto, you know that I am an avid eater. I really strive to eat around the globe, and here I was in Kaifeng, China, hunting for my next meal. I left Kaitung Night Market at the end of the night because I was too busy to think about what else to do in Henan (China) and all the new restaurants and shops in the city and night markets in other parts of China.
I've tried as many Chinese snacks and street food as I could find, but here are some of my favorites from when I was there. I had chicken and rice soy sauce on my flight to China and on the return flight and for dinner in the cafeteria I happened to order soup and was supposed to order Beijing noodles again.

As Zhengzhou is located in the central plain and has a long history, there is a lot of time here - honored brands of food. Henan cuisine was introduced at major international events and leaves many Chinese and foreign participants with memories of delicious food.

Nicer Chinese restaurants can range from the traditional dishes of Henan to the more exotic dishes from other parts of the country.
